All goods are inspected by Paulich before they are shipped. Any faulty good should be reported immediately upon receipt.

Shipping material received damaged must immediately be noted by delivery carrier and all original packing material retained for any claim eligibilities.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - PAULICH IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS

Factory order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. Factory set-ups will vary.

Paulich Specialty Company is not responsible for merchandise warranties. Items in question should be sent back to the original manufacturers.
